The clear tape is stretchy, just like some other stretchy tapes. It won't snap off and can easily adapt to your body shape. A tape was created to be stretchy, durable, sweat - proof, and clear. The tape is hypoallergenic and medical - grade. However, if you're allergic to band - aids or plasters, avoid using it or do a 24 - hour patch test on your chest with a small piece of tape to avoid any reactions.
Recommendation: For cup sizes A - D, you can wear this tape as indicated. For 36 D+ cup sizes, it's recommended to use another type of supportive tape for better support without layering too much tape. Avoid overlapping the tape or using too many strips. Refer to the Skin Safety Guide.
