At Ode to She, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original packaging, dust bags, and tags must be included.

  • Final sale items, discounted promotions, or clearance products are not eligible for return.

  • Items that show signs of use, stains, odors, or damage not caused by us will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Any product marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • If the item is not in its original condition, a partial refund or denial may occur.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different color or style, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue
    We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
